A cancellation that arrives before I’ve started getting ready. Especially if they suggest rearranging and we both know we won’t.
Voice notes that start “this is quicker than typing” and then include three minutes of someone finding their keys.
I would have stayed in the group purely to reply “Thanks! What would you have done differently?” and watched everyone suddenly become very busy.
